The tray for parents and kids and a large storage basket and a 3-tiered canopy with the peekaboo window offer maximum sun protection.
The Cloud scored one of the lowest marks in our quality tests due to the fact that it has a thin seat made of hard plastic and a design that feels dated. It's also more expensive than other strollers that are lighter. This is a bad option for those seeking a budget option.
Although it's not the tiniest double stroller, it comes with enough features to be worth considering. The swiveling wheels make it easy for you to navigate it on flat surfaces. It can also leap over curbs with ease. The Cloud's low, almost knee-high handle is a downside. It's not adjustable, and it's not adjustable. It's not comfortable to push it with your legs suspended in the air and it's also not helping that it's not cushioned.
In our tests, we discovered that the Cloud was simple to set up and use. To close it, it's a bit more difficult. You need to slide the slider before you press a large white button. This can be frustrating when you're trying to keep your children entertained while doing it.
The Cloud comes with a tiny, but deep storage basket. It's big enough to fit a large diaper bag. The basket is a bit small and you might have to leave something in there to reach the back. The Cloud comes with an adult tray and a child tray, each with two cup holders. Both are too narrow for larger cups or bottles.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS
Jeep Destination Ultralight is a lightweight double stroller with a minimalist design, which is ideal for travel. It weighs just 18 pounds which is less than many single strollers. It folds flat, making it easy to transport and store. It also comes with independently reclined seats, as well as large SPF50 sunvisors that have a peekaboo window. The visors are adjustable to fit kids of various heights. It also comes with a parking brake that is linked in one step and is Disney-sized certified.
The swivel wheels on the Jeep are also awesome to maneuver over bumps and uneven surfaces. This stroller does not accept car seats. Your child must be at minimum six months old and have an excellent neck control to use the front seat. It does come with three panels of a nice sun canopy, however, and each seat has its own snack tray and cup holders for parents.
Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend is yet another extremely light stroller with a side by side. It's a bit heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus at 23 pounds, but it's slim and narrow (26.5 inches wide!) and has a ton of elegant details that make it perfect for travel. It's a simple fold, is very maneuverable and fits into the overhead compartments of airplanes and trunks easily.
Push Chairs And Prams to the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double and Mountain Buggy Nano Duo, the Joovy Kooper X2 is another tri-fold ultralight double stroller. It is similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but has some key differences. It's a bit more expensive, but it offers a more shady sun canopy and better maneuverability. It also comes with a handy carry strap that can hold kids up to 44 lbs per seat.
Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+
Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is a stroller that is light with lots of features. It's not only crazy lightweight at just 13 pounds and comes with plenty of storage in the form of parent and child cup holders, a child sippy-cup pocket, a parent storage pocket and more. This stroller is also able to fit a child's car seat and has an easy-to-engage brake that is flip-flop friendly. It's designed to adapt to your child from a newborn stroller to a toddler stroller simply by attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children 6 months old and older.
Another thing to consider about this stroller is that it only operates on swivel wheels, and doesn't have locking features therefore it may not be the best option for terrain that is rocky or hilly. It's a great stroller for paved sidewalks and other smooth surfaces, though, so it's still an excellent option for most families.

The recline mechanism is simple to operate, but it doesn't go genuinely flat; taller kids may find that they have a leg that hangs out of the way when sitting in a reclined position. It also features a large canopy, which we found to be superior in blocking out sunlight than other strollers in our top double strollers review.
The stroller is light enough to easily navigate through door frames, which was a major problem for us with some other models we tried. It is easy to fold and the handlebars sit close to the ground. Its only drawback is its small storage space. When it's full of toys for kids, it feels squeezed.
